Strength Training |

| Come reap the
benefits of strength training in the Community Center Weight Room. The Weight Room is equipped with CYBEX weight equipment and the cardio room features Life Fitness
treadmills, Precor ellipticals, Stairmaster steppers, Upright & Recumbent Tetrix Bikes and a rowing machine. Music and televisions are available to enhance your workout
enjoyment. The weight room is open seven days a week from early morning to evening and is staffed with knowledgeable, nationally-certified fitness professionals. NOTE: All participants must complete a weight room orientation prior to using the facility. Please phone 515-239-5350 to schedule an orientation. Children must complete the 6th Grade prior to using the weight room and 7th & 8th graders must be accompanied by a guardian. |
